Shipping & Returns FAQ

How long will my pickups take to arrive?

For items with immediate availability, orders are packed and posted within 1 working day. UK orders can be expected to arrive within 2-3 days of your purchase, EU and International orders may take a little longer to arrive.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping on all UK orders, which is £3.00 for 2nd class postage and £5.00 for 1st class signed delivery.

Shipping within the EU is £10.00 and shipping for any orders outside of the EU is £12.50.

The pickup I want is out of stock. How long until it will be available again?

We always aim to replenish our stock as quickly as possible. You will be able to backorder the item you want and you will receive email updates, or alternatively email shop@tonerider.com and we will let you know once it’s available.

What if I’m out at work when my pickups arrive? Do I need to sign for them?

If you have opted for a signed delivery option, (standard for international orders) you will need somebody to be available to sign for the item at the address you have set upon checkout.

Do you ship outside the UK/EU?

We ship worldwide! However, the most cost effective way to purchase Tonerider products internationally may be to ask your local music store to order the products in.

I am not satisfied and wish to return my items. How do I do this?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, please email us at shop@tonerider.com and we will provide a returns address and arrange a full refund upon receiving your return.

How long is the warranty?

We pride ourselves on making quality products and treating our customers in the fairest way possible. All Tonerider pickups have a 5-year warranty. It is important that you retain your receipt. See the warranty card included with all our pickups for further details.
