The pickup I want is out of stock. How long until it will be available again?

We always aim to replenish our stock as quickly as possible. You will be able to backorder the item you want and you will receive email updates, or alternatively email service@tonerider.com and we will let you know once it’s available.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide! All orders to Europe are now sent Delivery Duties Paid which means there are no additional charges when your parcel arrives.

I am not satisfied and wish to return my items. How do I do this?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, please email us at shop@tonerider.com and we will provide a returns address and arrange a full refund upon receiving your return.

How long is the warranty?

We pride ourselves on making quality products and treating our customers in the fairest way possible. All Tonerider pickups have a 5-year warranty. It is important that you retain your receipt. See the warranty card included with all our pickups for further details.
