Tonerider USA and MacDaddy Music have joined forces!
We're happy to announce that Tonerider and MacDaddy Music have joined forces in the US to offer faster service and shipping to all customers in the USA.
At our Minneapolis warehouse, we now have more than 1,000 pickups ready to ship and a huge range of sets and single pickups available - including some previously unavailable.
Regular USPS and Express options are available. Please send all enquiries to usa@tonerider.com
Which courier service do you use within the UK?
We ship using DPD "Next Day" delivery service. It's proved very reliable and DPD have been a valued partner over the years. Orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) can be expected to ship the same day.
Do you ship "duty paid" to all EU countries?
Yes! We use Royal Mail and FedEx ‘Delivery Duties Paid’ services for all orders to the EU.
The price you see at checkout is your total price including tax and handling fees, so your parcel will arrive at your doorstep without any further fees to be paid by you. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is packed.
Royal Mail delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days. FedEx delivery takes 4-7 working days.
I am not satisfied and wish to return my items. How do I do this?
If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, please email us at service@tonerider.com and we will provide a returns address and arrange a refund upon receiving your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long is the warranty?
All Tonerider pickups have a 5-year warranty that covers any and all manufacturing defects. It is important that you retain your receipt. See the warranty card included with all our pickups for further details.
I have lost my springs & screws, can you replace them?
Screws, springs and tubing can normally be found under the large open cell foam piece at the base of your box. Please do check here first! Of course we are happy to replace any missing springs and screws, email service@tonerider.com with your address and we will get some sent out to you or arrange with a local dealer to issue replacements.
