Which courier service do you use within the UK?

We send UK orders via DHL or DPD's "Next Day" delivery service. Orders received before 2pm (Monday-Friday) can be expected to ship the same day.

Do you ship "duty paid" to all EU countries?

Yes! We use Royal Mail and DHL ‘Delivery Duties Paid’ services for all orders to the EU.

The price you see at checkout is your total price including tax and handling fees, so your parcel will arrive at your doorstep without any further fees to be paid by you. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is packed.

Royal Mail delivery takes approximately 5-10 working days. DHL Express delivery takes 2-5 working days.

**July 1st 2026 update: There are some new EU customs regulations being put in place from July 1st 2026. If you are asked to pay any duties, please contact us via email and we can help resolve this for you.

I am not satisfied and wish to return my items. How do I do this?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your item, please email us at service@tonerider.com and we will provide a returns address and arrange a refund upon receiving your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?

All Tonerider pickups have a 5-year warranty that covers any and all manufacturing defects. It is important that you retain your receipt. See the warranty card included with all our pickups for further details.

I have lost my springs & screws, can you replace them?

Screws, springs and tubing can normally be found under the large open cell foam piece at the base of your box. Please do check here first!  Of course we are happy to replace any missing springs and screws, email service@tonerider.com with your address and we will get some sent out to you or arrange with a local dealer to issue replacements.
