Two fat, full neck and mid pickups mixed with a hotter bridge. A rich bass and tempered bell-like trebles make this a set for the bluesman and rocker alike!
The City Limits set uses A5 magnets with our "Modified Vintage Stagger" allowing for great string to string balance on a wide range of instruments.
Each pickup is fully wax potted to reduce any microphonic feedback, and comes supplied with screws, latex height adjustment tubing and an installation guide.

Bought this set to upgrade the rather dull sounding pickups in a Japanese strat, I was aiming for a later Knopfler type sound and these nail it, clean with a little hot sauce added. Highly recommend.

I have a couple guitars with single coils and was never really impressed. I bought a china Malmsteen copy and redid it and put these in it. Some EVH 250k pots, w/treble bleed. I have never heard something so nice sounding. The clean channel is a tone like a studio would produce. Maybe all my other ones are junk? I made a video comparing the old china pickups to these (I know they were junk). Using good pots also helps... interested in seeing a demo of these pickups watch the youtube vid in link. I will be buying more Toneriders.
Good experience from "Surfaris" before encouraged me to try these on my Squier JV '62 (export) from 1983. Other "mods" are limited to new set of ABM-saddles and "Bright Lava Red"-pickguard from Crazy Parts (both German made).
Maybe the very first time ever, I found this bridge pickup "ballsy" enough, but still with good balance between all three. This split of A2/A5 magnets in bridge pickup is usually seen in much more pricy sets. After playin' these over four months now, there's not been any frustration with bridge pickup - like so many times before.
Furthermore, neck and middle pickups sound really "Texan" to me.
