beautiful pickups, worked great, tone was amazing for the price, no issues

Wow, this really brought my Pacifica 311h to life. The guitar plays like a dream but those stock pickups...I felt like I kept wanting to turn the tone knob further than it would go and constantly being met with uninspired highs and middle of the road harmonic content. The Generator bridge though is so rich and full of character. It's hot but not so hot that it gets out of control and it sustains for days! It feels chunky in the low end and has nice rounded highs but they're still bright and crispy and will cut through in a mix or live situation.

It pairs beautifully with the hot 90 which is an amazing pickup in it's own right but in this combo it's a match made in heaven. The aged nickle appearance is aboslutely stunning as well, it has a much more matt finish which I always prefer with covered pickups and just has a very premium classy appearance to it. Speaking of classy, the new boxes these things come in are really nice. They just up the whole presentation of the brand immensly and it was a good call changing to the new packaging.

All told you absolutely can't go wrong with this pickup and it's a steal at the price they're selling them, this is why I keep coming back to Tonerider pickups, you really do get the best of both worlds in price and performance.

The pickups have been used to replace the original B.C.Rich humbuckers fitted to an early Warlock. The difference between the original pickups and the Generator set is as clear as night and day. When switching between the neck and bridge a clear difference in the sound can be heard. Turned a muddy sounding guitar into a great sounding instrument. Highly recommended, well packaged and rapidly delivered.
