Hot Classics

I’ve tried many Tele pickups (SD, DiMarzio, Lace, Fender) and this set is one of the best. With the 4 way switch option you get a lovely sound - much more definition than Fender Texas Specials which these pickups are very similar to. I’ve yet to try them in a band scenario which is where it really matters but so far they’re excellent IMO.

Bought for a partscaster tele, I was expecting an average tele sound but, nope, as soon as I plugged the guitar the neck tone blown me away with its musical, open, clear timbre, the bridge is hot but still remains in strong Telecaster territory, both in clean and dirty settings, wonderful.
I'm really really surprised by this set, well done.
By the way, the new paper packaging is truly beautiful

I’ve yet to install these pickups into a guitar but the wiring diagram’s and packaging on these is top notch. Better than one of the high end brands I just finished installing in my Ibanez Jem. I’m looking forward to seeing how they sound. They come with vintage style cloth covered wiring.

Not to hot, perfect match with Alnico 2 in the neck of my ash body, maple fretboard telly. Lots of sustain and sweat twang, thanks to the top load option of my bridge.

Really nice and sparkling sound from those hot classics. Clear and distincted tone from every string also with overdriven chords. It's the second set I've bought for my builds, I'm very satisfied.
